Who is it for?
Folk Marathon is open to everyone: enthusiasts, absolute beginners and professionals, dancers, musicians, listeners, curious people...
Who's coming?
So far, more than 100 musicians and dancers have signed up: from Sweden, Spain, Croatia, Tunisia, Norway, Austria, Scotland, Czech Republic, USA, France, Hungary, Denmark, England, Poland, Germany, Luxemburg, Italy, Iran … Will you join in, too? ;-)
How much does it cost?
Most of it is free / donation based! Only for 3 evenings, you will need to buy (modestly priced) tickets. Accomodation is 6€/night.
Who's organising it?
Folk Marathon is organised in a grassroots manner by musicians and dancers for musicians and dancers, supported by the cultural organisation Euroots and many volunteers.
