Due to the huge success every year, spaces are very limited again this year. Please reserve your place with me as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Chicken Balmoral (haggis stuffed into chicken breast and wrapped in bacon with whole grain mustard) will be served with a whisky sauce and seasonal vegetables. Dinner includes a single malt whisky for the toast to the haggis. All for €15.
The haggis will be addressed with some bagpipe assistance and a few other guest speakers and singers are preparing too! The talented violinist, Sarah Beattie, will be flying in from Scotland again. It's going to be a beautiful night! Please PM me if you would like to be involved with a short performance.
For those who can’t make dinner, feel free to join our hootenanny afterwards. “Who’s The Fool” will be hosting the hootenanny, after the main event, at 21:00. Musicians are all welcome to join.
