Der Kurs richtet sich an alle die interessiert sind polnische Tanzmusik und Marias Repertoire näher kennenzulernen.
Teilnahme mit Rahmentrommel, Basy oder Stimme ist ebenso möglich.
Maximale Teilnehmerzahl 10 Personen.
Der Workshop findet von 12h30 - 14h30 im Griechischen Restaurant Achillion, Ottakringer Straße 233, 1160 Wien statt.

Anschließend an den Workshop gibt es einen Tanzworkshop sowie einen Tanzabend.
Maria Stępień - a graduate of the Grazyna Bacewicz and Kiejstut Music Academy in Lodz on directions: violin and music therapy. Since 2011 she deals with a Polish traditional music. Violinist in the folk bands: Dobrzeliniacy, Kożuch, Trancexpress and Radical Polish Ansamble. The winner of many awards in competitions of folk music in Poland. She has performed on many stages in the country and abroad. Conducts traditional fiddle workshops and classes for children and adults based on dances and games, with elements of music therapy. Cooperates Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IS PAN), Teatr Szwalnia, Muzyka Zakorzeniona Foundation and Dom Tańca. Member of board in Radykalna Kultura Polska Foundation.
